What happens if I send more data than what my plan allows?
We will get in touch and help you with controlling your usage or finding the right plan for your needs. Rest assured that we will not charge you for additional capacity without your consent.
If you don't apply any of the suggested changes and keep sending too much data, then we will start throttling your data ingestion on our side.
Do I have to pay for test environments?
No. All data you sent to test environments is free of charge.
Test environments are great for trying things out before deploying to production, or while developing in your local machine. Test environments have all the features in Kamon APM and come with 1 day data retention.
Do I have to pay for Kamon Telemetry?
No. Kamon Telemetry is free and open source, published under the Apache v2 license.
You will get the best out of Kamon Telemetry with Kamon APM, but you can use it with Prometheus, Zipkin, and many other vendors totally free of charge.
How can I get an Enterprise plan estimate?
